What is ICEM?
The International Conference on Environmental Management (ICEM) is a premier global event conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), dedicated to advancing environmental sustainability and stewardship. With a distinguished history of academic excellence and a commitment to driving positive change, ICEM brings together leading experts, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from around the world to address critical environmental challenges and forge innovative solutions.
The First International Conference on Environmental Management (ICEM) was organized during 28-30 October, 2005. Nearly 500 delegates from 20 countries participated. This acted as a platform for a major interdisciplinary forum and diverse new approaches from relevant areas of environmental science and technology. The aim of the conference is to strengthen the awareness of the climate change impacts on different natural environments and socio economic systems.
