Our conference program is set to be a dynamic assembly of distinguished scientists and experts in environmental science and technologies. With a focus on fostering dialogue and collaboration, we invite submissions for both oral and poster presentations across a broad spectrum of themes and topics. Please note that while the themes and topics listed below are provisional, they may be subject to revision based on the abstract review process.
Please refer to the detailed submission guidelines provided below for information on abstract and paper submission requirements, and review process. We encourage authors to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient submission process.
Full-length papers must adhere to a maximum length of 8 pages, inclusive of tables, graphs, or figures.
Papers should be formatted using Microsoft Word and the font type should be Times New Roman and the font size should be 10, the file should not exceed 4 MB in size.
Authors are invited to submit papers on the themes and topics listed for oral and poster presentation sessions.
Abstracts should be approximately 300 words in length and include the following details:
Title of the paper
Complete address(es) of author(s), including email
Telephone contact number(s)
Upon submission of the abstract through the portal, the presentee is required to send the Physical copy of the abstracts to the conference secretary.
Upon receipt, an acknowledgment regarding the acceptance of the abstract will be sent to the authors via an email.
Submitted abstracts and papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure quality and relevance to the conference themes.
Our expert reviewers will evaluate each submission based on criteria such as originality, clarity, and contribution to the field.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their submissions via email. Our aim is to provide timely and constructive feedback to all authors, facilitating an open and transparent review process.
The technical committee reserves the right to edit papers for publication purposes.
